The Peak Panel is requesting that all groups who are going to use the Peak District (White or Dark) notify the Panel Secretary and Walsall using this form.
No practices or ventures into the Peak District will be approved unless a copy of the red form is submitted to Walsall
If you require a panel assessor you will also need to submit a green form.
If your practice or venture goes into wild country for any part you must also submit a green form.
